😫 Feeling tired at work? Are you burning out? It’s common in the middle of your career.
🛑 You’re busy with work and life, and sometimes, it’s hard to take a step back and think about how you’re doing.
😑 Being in the middle of your career can be tough. You have a lot of responsibilities at work, and sometimes it feels too much.
🤔 Even though you might be doing well at your job, you still might not feel happy.
🖐 I felt this way for a long time. I was doing good at work but still felt stressed and unhappy. It even started affecting my health.
🗓 But in 2021, I decided to make a change. I wanted to do something that mattered to me. I realized that doing work I cared about was more important than anything else.
🌞 So, on Jan 31 2024, I quit the corporate world and became a career coach. It was a big change, but it was worth it. Now, I help people find jobs that they love.
😁 Changing careers was the right choice for me, but it might not be right for everyone. The important thing is to find something that makes you happy.
☢ Burnout is a common problem at work. It happens when you feel tired and stressed out all the time. Here are some signs of burnout:
– Feeling tired and irritable
– Not caring about your work anymore
– Feeling like you’re not good at your job anymore
😎 But there are things you can do to feel better:
1. Find something you love to do. Whether coaching, mentoring, or being creative, find something that makes you happy. ❤️
2. Talk to a career coach. They can help you figure out what you’re good at and what you want to do. 🤵
3. Set boundaries at work. Don’t take on too much work; don’t be afraid to say “NO”. 🚫
4. Practice mindfulness. Take time to relax and clear your mind. Meditation, deep breathing, and yoga can help. ⏳
5. Surround yourself with supportive people. Having friends and mentors who understand what you’re going through can make a big difference. 🤠
